Effects of modern antitumor drug therapy possibilities to skin melanoma on oncological and epidemiological indicators in the Krasnoyarsk region

BACKGROUND: Deevelopment of new diagnostics and treatment malignant neoplasms methods increase their efficiency, safety is one the most urgent tasks modern oncology. Currently, targeted immunotherapy contributes to neoplasms. One examples skin melanoma.
 AIMS: This study aimed investigate influence therapeutic tactics on epidemiological indicators in morbidity MATERIALS AND METHODS: The used data Krasnoyarsk territory cancer-register.
 RESULTS: In from 2016 2020 registered 65,042 cases neoplasms, which 30,532 (46.9%) reported among men 34,510 (53.1%) women. same period, 899 melanoma, 343 (38.2%) 556 women (61.8%). important stage melanoma disease stage, because only favorable prognosis characteristic for early stages disease.
 CONCLUSIONS: Routine using antitumor drug therapy everyday clinical practice has significantly changed results treatment.
